It has a short rhizome with thick, swollen roots. Most of the leaves grow in a rosette shape at the base. From April to August, the inflorescence appears at the end of a 10-40 cm tall stem, and the flowers grow densely in a right- or left-handed spiral. The flowers are pink-pink with a white lip and a tubular perianth that gathers together. There is no spur.
