A shikishi from the Ogura Hyakunin Isshu, said to have been written by Fujiwara Teika. In the entry for 1235 in the Meigetsuki, there is an article about Teika writing waka poems by 100 people, including Emperor Tenchi, on shikishi paper in the shoji screen of Saga Chuin, and it is said that this corresponds to the so-called Ogura shikishi. This was written when Teika was 74 years old. Some of the existing shikishi have been copied by later generations, so there are many points of doubt.
