Sybs

...In Korea, it is called taepyeongso or kotei, and was introduced to Japan in the late Edo period as an instrument for the Qing music ensemble (Ming and Qing music), where it was called sanai. In Arabic, it has been known since ancient times as mizmār, and in modern Egypt, the large one is called mizmār baladī, and the small one is called sybs. In Greece, in addition to the Turkish name zurna, the names karamoutsa and pipiza are also used.
