thermometric titration

Japanese: thermometric titration(英語表記)thermometrictitration
thermometric titration

...The end point of a titration can also be determined by measuring the temperature change of the titration solution due to the heat of reaction. The temperature change of the titration solution suddenly stops when the reaction is complete, so this is measured using a highly sensitive resistance thermometer that uses a thermistor, and is called thermometric titration. In a broader sense, thermal analysis can also include methods of clarifying the properties of a substance by measuring changes in physical properties such as the volume change, electrical resistance, magnetic susceptibility, and mechanical properties of a substance due to heating or cooling.
