Oligotrophic lake

…Originally a term in limnology, it refers to the phenomenon in which an oligotrophic lake changes into a eutrophic lake over a long period of time. Currently, it is used in a broader sense to refer to the phenomenon in which the concentration of nutrients in the water increases and the productivity of plants in the water increases, regardless of the type of water body. In other words, the phenomenon in which an oligotrophic water body becomes eutrophic.
