Teutones

...the Teutones, Teutonic people, a branch of the ancient Germanic people. They lived on the Jutland Peninsula, but because of land destruction caused by erosion and high waves, they began to move southward with the neighboring Cimbri. By around 110 BCE, they had reached the Rhine, and, together with some of the Helvetii (a Celtic tribe living in central Switzerland), had invaded Gaul.
