Terre Adélie (English spelling)

...From west to east, the coast is subdivided into the following coastal areas: Knox Coast, Budd Coast, Sabrina Coast, Banzare Coast, Clarie Coast, and Adélie Coast. France claims the Adélie Coast (136°E, 142°E), while Australia claims the rest of the coast. There are few exposed rock areas along the coast, and as of 1981, there are two wintering bases: Casey (66.3°S, 110.5°E, Australia) and Dumont d'Urville (66.6°S, 140°E, France).
