Interest group

...Morgan (the Morgan family) and the Rockefeller Group (the Rockefeller family) are typical examples of Konzern. In the United States, the term Konzern is not often used, and the term interest group is used to describe a similar meaning. In Japan, Konzern are typically zaibatsu (business conglomerates) before World War II and corporate groups (business groups) after the war.
