Interactionism

...It is often seen that mental stress can cause stomach ulcers, and that baseball players can hit home runs with willpower. For this reason, the theory of one-way or two-way interaction between the mind and body has been proposed. However, no one has been able to give a satisfactory answer as to the mechanism by which this action occurs.
