A trading company established in 1785 by Basco, the Spanish Governor of the Philippines. Its purpose was to open up direct trade between the Philippines and Spain, to develop Philippine resources, and to improve the financial health of the government. The establishment of this trading company is closely related to Basco's forced tobacco cultivation and monopoly system and the establishment of the National Economic Association. The company was granted a trading monopoly, except for direct trade between Manila and Acapulco, and was granted privileges such as exempting all Philippine products from tax on exports to Spain and allowing free travel to Oriental countries.

スペインのフィリピン総督バスコによって1785年に創設された貿易会社。創設の目的は，フィリピンとスペイン本国間に直接貿易を開き，フィリピン資源の開発と政庁財政の健全化をはかることにあった。バスコが実施したタバコの強制栽培･専売制度と国民経済協会の設立は，この貿易会社創設と密接な関係をもっている。会社はマニラ～アカプルコ間の直接貿易を除いて，貿易の独占権を与えられ，また，フィリピン物産の本国向け輸出はすべて免税とする，東洋諸国への自由渡航を認める，などの特権を認められた。
