Stucco is a type of wall covering made by mixing marble powder with plaster and creating panels with designs embossed, cast, or carved into them. The city plans are divided into two types: circular cities following the Parthian tradition, such as Firuzabad and Dārābdjird, built by Ardashir I, and Hellenistic rectangular cities with roads running vertically and horizontally, such as Bishāpur, built by Shapur I. *Some of the terminology explanations that mention "Dārābdjird" are listed below.
