Cone sheet

...cones are made up of two or more different rock types, but the boundary between them is gradual. (2)cone sheet A cone-shaped sheet formed when pressure in a magma chamber increases, causing cone-shaped cracks in the surrounding rocks into which magma penetrates. Several layers of sheets emerge from the same center, with the outer ones sloping more gently than the inner ones.
