Japanese: 宴曲抄 - えんきょくしょう

A collection of medieval folk songs. The second anthology of soga (early haiku). Published before 1296 (Einin 4). 3 volumes and 3 books. Contains 30 songs, 21 of which were written by the editor Myoukū (30 songs in total). Compared to the previous "Anthology of Banquet Songs," this collection fully displays the characteristics of soga, such as the detailed journeys to temples and shrines in "Pilgrimage to Kumano" (Kyoto - Nachisan) and "Practice at Zenkoji Temple" (Kamakura - Shinano), as well as "Umanotoku" and "Shochiku," which praise the Buddha through familiar objects. 中世の歌謡集。早歌（そうが）の第2の撰集。1296年(永仁4)以前に成立。3巻3冊。30曲所収，うち21曲は撰者明空の作詞(作曲は全30曲)。前の《宴曲集》に比べ〈熊野参詣〉(京～那智山)，〈善光寺修行〉(鎌倉～信濃)の寺社への詳密な道行（みちゆき）や，身近な物によって仏を賛嘆する〈馬徳（うまのとく）〉〈松竹〉など，早歌の特色が十分発揮された集である。【外村南都子】
