Chronos

…In the beginning there was water and earth (Gaia). From the union of the two came the ageless Chronos (meaning "time"; this is actually a different word from Kronos, the father of Zeus, but it is thought that "time" was presented as an interpretation of Kronos, and the two are often confused).
