The Question of King Milinda - Milindapañha
A Buddhist scripture. Author unknown. Date of creation unknown. Written in Pali, it describes a dialogue between the Greek king Milinda (→Menander), who ruled over northwestern India in the second half of the 2nd century BCE, and the Buddhist scholar Nagasena (→Nassana), in which they discussed Buddhist doctrine and how the king eventually became a monk and became an arhat. It is considered important as a contrast between Greek and Indian thought. There are two and three Chinese translations of the work, the Nassana Bhikkhu Sutra.
