...Many intergeneric hybrids have also been produced by crossing with closely related genera, some of which are important as horticultural cultivars. These include Lealiocattleya (with Lealia ), Brassocattleya (with Brassavola ), Sophrocattleya (with Sophronitis ), and Potinara (a four-generic hybrid with Lelia, Brassavola, and Sophronitis). More recently, intergeneric hybrids have been made with Epidendrum , Broughtonia , and Diacritum , resulting in Epicattleya , Broughtocattleya , and Diacattleya .
