...In other words, frustration is always the premise for some form of aggression, and aggression occurs as a result of the aggressive motives caused by frustration. However, frustration can also cause regression (a return to childish behavior) and other behaviors other than aggression, and aggression can also occur in conjunction with harmful stimuli such as harassment and provocation. Therefore, Berkowitz L. Berkowitz proposed the "aggression cue theory" (1969). In other words, frustration and provocation create a preparation for aggression, and the presence of a cue that is reminiscent of aggression, such as a weapon, causes aggressive behavior.
