Wakutama Pond
A spring (special natural monument) located in the grounds of Sengen Shrine in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture. It is also called Otsubo. The underground water of Mt. Fuji gushes out at a rate of 3.6 m3 per second. It has long been known as a place where pilgrims of Mt. Fuji take their ablutions.
