Linzer Programme German

This was the platform that was announced on September 1, 1882, and became the basis of the German nationalist movement in Austria. Georg Schönerer (1842-1921), Fried Junck, V. Adler, and other leaders of the German nationalist movement participated in the creation of this platform. The platform's German nationalist demands included the establishment of a monarchical confederation by Austria and Hungary, the strengthening of the alliance with the German Empire through a state treaty, the annexation of other ethnic groups into Hungary, and the use of German as the state language. Its liberal demands included freedom of association, assembly, and the press, as well as the reform of electoral laws. Its social policy demands included the organization of the working class, reform of factory laws, restrictions on women and child labor, the appointment of factory inspectors, and the obligation of employers to pay compensation for industrial accidents.

1882年9月1日に発表された，オーストリアにおけるドイツ民族主義運動の基礎となった綱領。この綱領の作成には，ドイツ民族主義運動の指導者であったシェーネラーGeorg Schönerer(1842‐1921)，フリードユンク，V.アードラーなどが参画した。綱領はドイツ民族主義的要求として，オーストリアとハンガリーによる君主連合国の設立，国家条約によるドイツ帝国との同盟の強化，他民族のハンガリーへの併合，国定言語としてのドイツ語の使用を，自由主義的要求として結社，集会，出版の自由および選挙法の改革を，社会政策上の要求として，労働者階級の組織，工場法の改革，婦人児童労働の制限，工場監督官の配置，労働災害に対する雇用者の賠償義務などをかかげるものであった。
