In Russia, it is also called Odur. It is spoken in two places in Russia, in the Sakha Republic and in the upper Kolyma River region. It is classified as one of the Paleo-Siberian languages. It has about 1,100 speakers. It is closely related to Omoc and Chuvan, but both are extinct.
