Born November 17, 1889. Worked in the Metropolitan Police Department's Health Department, and later edited the Pharmaceutical Journal. In 1913, he became a member of the Ryusonji Senryu Society of Inoue Kenkabo. In 1913, he founded the Kiyari Ginsha and launched Senryu Kiyari, which continued to be published as a company newsletter even during the war. He passed away on April 11, 1967. He was 77 years old. He was born in Tokyo and graduated from Tokyo School of Pharmacy (now Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences). His real name was Taisuke. His works include Senryu Zatsuwa.
