The Prodigal Son
A ballet (1929) by Russian-born, American choreographer George Balanchine. Original title: Le fils prodigue. It premiered with the Ballets Russes led by Diaghilev. Music by Prokofiev. The stage design for the premiere was by Georges Rouault.
