Kabuki script. Historical piece. Three acts. Written by Kawatake Mokuami. First performed at the Tokyo Saruwakaza Theatre in 1884 ( Meiji 17 ). A dramatized historical piece centering on the downfall of the Hojo clan. The plays are divided into three parts: "Takatoki," "Homma Yamashiro no Kami," and "Yoshisada's Sword Flow," but only "Takatoki" is famous.
