Pincers; cutting pliers
A work tool that uses the principle of leverage to bend and cut copper or iron wire. There are general-purpose pliers and pliers used for wiring, assembly, and repair of radios and televisions (including round pliers specially for bending and needle-nose pliers that can also cut). The JIS defines two types, two-ply and three-ply, based on the shape of the joint area, and two grades (excluding needle-nose pliers) based on quality, normal grade (symbol N) and heavy-duty grade (symbol H).
