Innocho shimbun - Innocho shimbun
A document issued by the Incho, the government agency of the retired emperor, for the purpose of the Insei. It was in the form of a prescribing document signed by the Inshi Rensho, and in the late Heian period, it had the same effect as a rinji (imperial edict) or kanpu (official document) under national law.
