Yoon In-bo

Yoon In-bo
?-? An interpreter in the Joseon Dynasty.
After the Oei invasions (1419), he served as an interpreter when Mugai Ryogei traveled to Korea as an envoy from Japan. He first came to Japan in 1427 accompanied by the envoy Song Xikei, and visited Japan frequently until around 1430, reporting to Korea about the state of affairs and customs of Japan.

応永の外寇(がいこう)(1419)後,日本から無涯亮倪(むがい-りょうげい)が使節として朝鮮にわたったときに通訳をつとめる。応永27年回礼使宋希璟(そう-きけい)にしたがって初来日,嘉吉(かきつ)3年ごろまでしばしば日本をおとずれ,その国情や風習を朝鮮につたえた。
