Japanese: 引付方 - ひきつけかた

A job title in the Kamakura and Muromachi Shogunates. Established in 1249 by regent Hojo Tokiyori to improve the judicial system. Divided into three to five groups, each consisting of Hikitsukeshu and Hikitsuke Bugyonin. Under the command of the Hikitsuke Tounin, who also served as a Hyojoshu, they took turns having jurisdiction over land-related lawsuits, which were the most important subject of litigation at the time. The Muromachi Shogunate inherited this system, but it became meaningless due to Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu's reform of the litigation system centered on the Kanrei, and was abolished after the 15th century.

鎌倉・室町幕府の職名。裁判制度の充実を図るため，1249年執権北条時頼が創設。３〜５組の部局に分かれ，おのおの部局は引付衆と引付奉行人からなる。評定衆が兼ねる引付頭人(とうにん)の指揮のもと，当時最も重要な訴訟対象であった土地関係訴訟を交替で管轄した。室町幕府もこの制を継承したが，将軍足利義満による管領(かんれい)を中心とした訴訟制度の改革によって有名無実化し，15世紀以降廃絶。
