A town in the eastern part of the Izu Peninsula, Kamo District, Shizuoka Prefecture. It has hot springs and is served by the Izu Kyuko Line. Inatori is the center. It has developed as a tourist destination, centered on the hot springs on the east coast of Izu, such as Hokkawa, Atagawa, Katase, and Inatori.
