Japanese: 練馬 - ねりま
Nerima
One of Tokyo's 23 wards. Located on the Musashino Plateau. Established in 1947 when the southwestern part of Itabashi Ward was separated. Formerly known for its Nerima radishes, the area was a prosperous agricultural region, but today it is almost entirely residential.
