Breast mirror - escutcheon
When you look at a dairy cow from behind, you can see a thin, soft, short hair growing in a line above the udder, between the legs, and around the anus, surrounding a certain area. This part is called the milk speculum, and it is said that cows with a large milk speculum have a large milk production, and is considered one of the milk signs (physical characteristics that indicate milk production ability).
