Lu Ling Guang Hall (English: Lu Ling Guang Hall)

Japanese: 魯霊光殿 - ろれいこうでん（英語表記）Lǔ Líng guāng diàn

A palace built in Qufu, Shandong Province, by Liu Yu, King Gong, son of Emperor Jing, during the Western Han Dynasty in China. Many palaces in Chang'an, such as Weiyang and Jianzhang, were destroyed, but this palace alone escaped the disaster, and is famous for the Fu (Fei) of Lu Lingguang Palace (included in Wen Xuan) by Wang Yanshou of the Later Han Dynasty, which praised the splendor and grandeur of the architecture. The ruins are located in the northeastern outskirts of Qufu County, and were excavated by Japanese scholars in 1942-43, discovering a corridor covered in brickwork that is believed to be part of the palace site. 中国，前漢時代に景帝の子の恭王劉余が山東省曲阜に建てた宮殿。往時長安にあった未央，建章など諸宮は廃されたが，この宮殿だけは難を免れ，後漢の王延寿がその建築の華美と荘厳をうたった〈魯霊光殿賦〉(《文選（もんぜん）》所収)により名高い。遺址は曲阜県城東北郊にあり，1942‐43年に日本人学者により発掘され，その殿址の一部と推定される文塼を敷きつめた廊などが発見されている。【田中淡】
