Trumpler's Stars

These are unusually massive stars discovered by R. Trumpler in several open clusters. Their masses can be estimated from the redshift of their spectra, but their absolute luminosity is not high enough to fit the mass-light curve. Seven have been discovered to date. R.トランプラーがいくつかの散開星団中に発見した，異常に質量の大きな星。そのスペクトルの赤方偏移から質量の大きさが推定されるが，そのわりに絶対光度が高くないので，質量光度曲線にあてはまらない。現在7個発見されている。
