Inner Mongolian politician. King De is his Chinese name. His real name was Demchukdongrob (Professor Demchukdongrob). In 1919 he became commander of the Sunit Banner and took the name Prince Jasak. In 1929 he became a member of the Chahar Provincial Government and Secretary General of the Mongolian Local Government Committee. After the Manchurian Incident, he approached the Japanese military and plotted to achieve a high degree of autonomy for Inner Mongolia. In 1934 he established the Mongolian Local Government Committee under the supervision of the Nationalist Government and became Secretary General. From 1936 to 1937 he promoted Mongolian autonomy between the Kwantung Army and the Nationalist Government. After the outbreak of the Second Sino-Japanese War, he cooperated with Japan in October 1937 to establish the Mongolian Federation Autonomous Government, of which he became Chairman in 1938. After World War II, he reconciled with Chiang Kai-shek in Chongqing and engaged in anti-Communist activities, but in 1952 he was repatriated to Beijing by the government of the People's Republic of China and imprisoned. He was released under a special amnesty in 1963 and later became a counselor for the Inner Mongolian People's Committee.

内モンゴルの政治家。徳王は漢語名。本名デムチュクドンロブ Demchukdongrob (徳穆楚克棟魯布) 。 1919年スニト旗の旗長となりジャサク親王を襲名。 29年察哈爾 (チャハル) 省政府委員，モンゴル地方政府委員会秘書長。満州事変後，日本軍部に接近，内モンゴルの高度自治獲得を画策。 34年国民政府の監政下にモンゴル地方政務委員会を設立し，秘書長に就任。 36～37年関東軍と国民政府の間にあってモンゴル自治を推進。日中戦争勃発後，37年 10月日本に協力してモンゴル連盟自治政府を設立，38年主席。第2次世界大戦後，重慶で蒋介石と和解し，反共運動に従事したが，52年人民共和国政府により北京へ送還され服役，63年特赦により釈放され，その後内モンゴル人民委員会参事に就任した。
