It was finally settled in 1806 (Bunka 3) after an investigation by the shogunate's temple and shrine magistrate, but it was the largest disturbance in the history of Ishin. …秘事法門では，1767年(明和4)，江戸市中に土蔵秘事があり，幕府の取締りをうけた。63年(宝暦13)，西本願寺7代能化功存が著した《願生帰命弁》を発端として起こった〈三業（さんごう）惑乱〉は，教団を二分する大紛争に発展し，幕府寺社奉行の糺問により1806年(文化3)ようやく決着をみたが，異安心史上，最大の紛乱であった。このように真宗において異安心問題が頻発したのは，他宗派にくらべて同宗が教権の確立と信仰の純粋化を強く希求したからといえよう。…
