Year of death: Tenpyo Hoji 4.5.7 (760.6.24) Year of birth: Unknown A court lady who served Empress Komyo in the 8th century and was involved in the copying of Buddhist scriptures. Wife of the man of letters, Kuzui Hironari. Her names were also Inugami no Meifu, Inugami no Meifu, and Inugami Yae. In August 748, Emperor Shomu stayed at Hironari's house, and bestowed the rank of Shogoi no Jo to Hironari and his wife Yae, suggesting that both the couple were highly trusted by the emperor. She graduated as a Myofu with the rank of Jushi no Ge.
