This is a criminal law book based on the Tang Dynasty criminal code, the Ritsuryo, and its official commentary. It is also called the "Late Tang Ritsuryo Commentary." Traditionally, it has been considered to be the same as the Ritsuryo, an official commentary on the Tang Code, but more accurately, it is a criminal law book created after the Song Dynasty by combining the Ritsuryo of 737 and the Ritsuryo Commentary, and shows influence from the Song Jingtong. It consists of 30 volumes and 12 chapters (famous cases, barricades, official systems, marriages, stables, robbery, robbery, litigation, fraud, miscellaneous, arrest, and imprisonment) with 502 articles. It is the basic historical material for research on the lost Tang Ritsuryo Commentary. The version by Bohkisai, published at the end of the Song Dynasty and early in the Yuan Dynasty, is thought to be the oldest surviving version. The Tainankaku version is the most convenient to use.
