Year of birth: Year of birth and death unknown. A female court attendant in the late Nara period. In 763, she was promoted from Junior Sixth Rank to Junior Fifth Rank, and in 765, she was promoted to Junior Fifth Rank. In 769, she was deemed the ringleader in an attempt to put her son, Hikami Shikeshimaro, on the throne through conspiring with Princess Fuwa, wife of Shioyaki-o (Hikami Shioyaki), and was exiled and given the surname Inube. She was accused of stealing Emperor Shotoku's hair, placing it inside a skull she had found in the Saho River, bringing it to the palace, and casting a curse on him three times. However, in 771, it was discovered that this was a slander by Tanbi-otome, and she was found innocent and restored to her original surname of Agata Inukai. The following year, she was restored to the rank of Junior Fifth Rank. Princess Fuwa, with whom her elder sister was said to have conspired, was the daughter of Emperor Shomu and Hirotoji, the daughter of Kennoukai Kara, so her elder sister was likely a close relative of Hirotoji and served the princess.

生年：生没年不詳
奈良時代後期の女官。天平宝字7(763)年に従六位下から従五位下へ,天平神護1(765)年に従五位上へ昇進している。神護景雲3(769)年,塩焼王(氷上塩焼)の妻不破内親王と通じてその子氷上志計志麻呂を皇位につけようとした首謀者とみなされ,犬部と改姓されて遠流に処せられた。称徳天皇の髪を盗み佐保川から拾ってきた髑髏に入れ,大宮の内に持参して3度にわたり呪いをかけた罪という。しかし,宝亀2(771)年に至って丹比乙女による讒言であったことがわかり無罪とされ,県犬養の本姓に復した。翌年,再び従五位下に復帰している。姉女が結託したという不破内親王は,聖武天皇と県犬養唐の娘広刀自の間に生まれた皇女であるから,姉女は広刀自の近親であって内親王に仕えていたものであろう。
