Tian-yi-ge; T`ien-i-ko

Japanese: 天一閣 - てんいつかく（英語表記）Tian-yi-ge; T`ien-i-ko

The name of the library established by Fan Qin, a Chinese Ming Dynasty book collector. It is located in Yin County, Zhejiang Province. Fan Qin, whose courtesy name was Liqing, was a Jinshi in 1532. He was made the Right Assistant Minister of the Ministry of War, but was known as a book collector and made great efforts to preserve the library. Wenyuan Pavilion in the Qing Dynasty was built after this library. The contents of the library are recorded in the Tianyi Pavilion Library Catalog (4,094 books) compiled by Ruan Yuan in 1808, and the Tianyi Pavilion Library Catalog (2,056 books) compiled by Xue Fucheng in 1889.

中国，明の蔵書家范欽 (はんきん) の設けた書庫の名。浙江省ぎん県にある。范欽は字は蕘卿，嘉靖 11 (1532) 年の進士。官は兵部右侍郎となったが，蔵書家として知られ，書庫の保存に努めた。清朝の文淵閣はこれにならって建てられた。蔵書の内容は，嘉慶 13 (1808) 年阮元編の『天一閣書目』 (4094種) ，光緒 15 (89) 年薛福成編の『天一閣見存書目』 (2056種) などに記録されている。
