Born in the third year of Jian. Head priest of Sumiyoshi Shrine in Settsu (Osaka Prefecture). He was nicknamed the head priest of Usumizu after a famous poem included in the "Goshui Wakashu." He passed away on July 7, the fourth year of Kowa. He was 80 years old. His family anthology is the "Tsumori Kunimotoshu."
