All-China Literary and Artistic Circle Federation (English: All-China Literary and Artistic Circle Federation)

Japanese: 中華全国文学芸術界聯合会 - ちゅうかぜんこくぶんがくげいじゅつかいれんごうかい（英語表記）Zhōng huá quán guó wén xué yì shù jiè lián hé huì

An organization of Chinese literary professionals. Abbreviated as the China Literary Federation. Based on Lenin's idea that "literature is the party's undertaking," it was organized with the aim of creating a single nationwide movement, organization, and theory. In July 1949, the First Literary and Artistic Workers' Conference was held in Beijing to build a "people's literature" in line with Mao Zedong's literary policy, and the organization was established at this conference. Guo Moruo was elected chairman, and Mao Dun and Zhou Yang were elected vice-chairmen. After the Second Literary and Artistic Conference (September 1953), the organization was renamed the China Literary and Artistic World Federation, completing its organization.

中国の文芸専門家の団体。中国文聯と略称。レーニンの〈文学は党の事業〉とする考えに基づき，全国単一運動，単一団体，単一理論をめざして組織化された。1949年7月，毛沢東の文芸方針に沿った〈人民文芸〉を建設するための中華全国文学芸術工作者代表大会(第1回文代会)が北京で開催され，この大会で成立した。主席に郭沫若，副主席に茅盾，周揚が選出された。第2回文代会(1953年9月)後，中国文学芸術界聯合会と改称し，組織化は完成した。
