Japanese:
Tagaya - Tagaya
Edo Rakugo has been performed since ancient times. On the day of the Ryogoku River Opening, the bridge was packed with people, and people shouted "Tama-ya!" to accompany the fireworks. Just then, a hoop maker happened to pass by. The bamboo hoops hanging on his toolbox suddenly came undone, stretching out and knocking off the hat of a samurai on horseback who was approaching. The enraged samurai tried to kill the hoop maker, who apologized profusely, but the desperate hoop maker snatched the samurai's sword and instead cut off the samurai's head high into the sky.
