Tomb of King Jian of Former Shu (English: Qián Shǔ Wáng Jiàn mù)

The tomb of Wang Jian, Former Shu King of the Five Dynasties, is located in the western suburbs of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. It is called Yongling. Ouyang Xiu's New History of the Five Dynasties states that "He died in June of the first year of the Guangtian era (918), ... he was given the posthumous name Emperor Xiaode Minghui, and was called Gaozu." Excavations were conducted in 1942 and 1943. The mound is circular, about 15m high and over 80m in diameter. The tomb chamber is made of red sandstone, 30.8m long, with 14 arches, and is divided into three chambers by wooden gates: front, middle, and back. The largest chamber, the middle chamber, contains a red sandstone coffin bed measuring 7.45m long, 3.35m wide, and 0.84m high.

中国，四川省成都市の西郊にある五代の前蜀王，王建の墓。永陵という。欧陽修の《新五代史》には〈光天元年(918)6月卒す，……神武経文孝徳明恵帝とおくり名し，高祖とよんだ〉とある。1942年と43年に発掘調査された。墳丘は円形で，高さ約15m，径80m余をはかる。墓室は紅砂岩でつくられ全長30.8m，14のアーチで構築されており，木の門で前･中･後の3室に分けられている。最も大きい中室には，長さ7.45m，幅3.35m，高さ0.84mの紅砂岩の棺床が置かれている。
