Ikariboshi

…A large constellation along the Milky Way in the northern sky. Five third-magnitude stars form a W shape, and in Japan they are called "Yamagata-boshi" and "Ikari-boshi." In Greek mythology, Cassiopeia, the queen of ancient Ethiopia, was so proud of her beauty that she boasted that she was more beautiful than the Nereids, the daughters of the sea god Nereus, that she had to sacrifice her beloved daughter Andromeda to the sea monster, the whale.
