Also known as magnetic separation. A method of separating substances using magnetic force. It is important as a mineral dressing method (magnetic separation). It is divided into wet and dry methods depending on whether water is used or not. In addition to dressing magnetite, pyrrhotite, ilmenite, etc., it is also used to recover iron and magnetic heavy liquid materials.
