Japanese: 書品 - しょひん（英語表記）Shū pǐn

A treatise on calligraphy written by Yu Jianwu of the Southern Liang Dynasty in China. 1 volume. It ranks 128 calligraphers from the Later Han to the Liang dynasty (based on the general preface; the actual number is 123) into nine grades from the highest to the lowest, with commentary added for each grade. A general preface is added at the beginning and a postpreface at the end. In the highest grade, Zhang Zhi, Zhong Yao, and Wang Xizhi are featured, and they are compared and commented on from the perspectives of both "natural" and "ingenious". Later, Li Sizhen of the Tang dynasty wrote "Postscript on Calligraphy," and Zhang Huaiguan's "Dan" also ranks calligraphers of all times and the present into divine, exquisite, and capable grades.

中国，南朝梁の庾肩吾（ゆけんご）の著した書論。1巻。後漢から梁に至るまでの書家128人(総序による。実数は123人)を上の上から下の下に至る九品に分けて格づけし，各品ごとに論評を加えたもの。初めに総序，終りに後序を付す。上の上に張芝，鍾繇（しようよう），王羲之の3人を取り上げ，〈天然〉と〈工夫〉の両面から比較論評している。その後，唐の李嗣真が《書後品》を著し，張懐瓘の《書断》も古今の書人を神品，妙品，能品に分けて品等している。
