Jiao Bing-zhen (English name)

He was a court painter in the Qing Dynasty in China. He was from Jining (Shandong Province). He was a member of the Qin Tianjian Five Officials. As a painter at the Painting Academy, he specialized in flowers and people, but also adopted Western painting techniques. His work "Pictures of Weaving and Cultivation," published by imperial order in 1696, is well known.
