When a condition is attached to a legal act, the expectation or expectation position of one of the parties to receive a certain benefit (right) upon the fulfillment of the condition, while it is uncertain whether the condition will be fulfilled or not. It is a type of expectation right. For example, if A promises B that he will gift a specific house owned by A if B marries in the future, this gift contract will not take effect until B marries (legal act with a condition precedent), and B can only acquire the rights to A's house when the condition is fulfilled.
