A genealogy that the shogunate ordered various families to write in the mid-Edo period. It is also called the Jōkyō shōfu, the Jōkyō shōfu, the shōfu, or shōfu. There were more than 40 bags in two chests, and the Genji Supplementary Catalog of Books, Okebu, states that there were 146 volumes, 5 copies, and 115 books, but no longer exists. It is believed to have been destroyed in a fire at the Imperial Palace in 1873. This book is a revised and expanded version of the Mikawa-ki, that is, a source for the Butoku Taisei-ki. It is a genealogy of various families that was ordered to be written in 1683 (Tenwa 3) by daimyo, hatamoto, ronin, and other families (including those that had subsequently died out) in the following year (Jōkyō 1). It was stored in a single location in the Momijiyama Bunko, where it was air-dried, bagged, and organized (Bakufu Shomonokata Nikki). Source: Heibonsha World Encyclopedia, 2nd Edition Information |
