Zhuzi's Words - Shushigorui

Japanese: 朱子語類 - しゅしごるい

A Chinese Confucian book. 140 volumes. Compiled by Li Jingde of the Southern Song Dynasty. Published in the 7th year of the Xianchun era ( 1271 ). After Zhu Xi's death, the dialogues between Zhu Xi and his disciples were collected and compiled into 35 volumes, divided into categories such as Liqi, Xingli, Analects, Zhouzishu, Laozi and Zhuangzishu, Han and Tang dynasties, Essays, and Collected Works. Zhu Xi's philosophical system is well known, and it also serves as an interpretation of the Jingshu, Xinglishu, and variegated dynasties. It was introduced to Japan at the end of the Kamakura period, and was highly valued by the school of Yamazaki Ansai in the Edo period.

中国の儒書。一四〇巻。南宋の黎靖徳編。咸淳七年（一二七一）成立。朱子の没後、朱子とその門人との問答を、理気、性理、論語、周子書、老荘、漢唐諸子、作文、拾遺など項目別に分け三五門に集録したもの。朱子の思想体系が知られ、経書、性理書や諸子などの解釈書としての役割も果たしている。日本には鎌倉末期に伝来、江戸時代、山崎闇斎の学派が尊重した。
