The game is played by pushing a 18 cm diameter, 400 g weight disc with a two-pronged stick (cue) about 2 meters long into a triangular scoring area in front of the player. Each player has four discs and takes turns shooting them. It originated as a game for the English aristocracy in the 15th century. Source: About Shogakukan Digital Daijisen Information | Legend |
